TIPS for Child Care Institute, Inc. provides an innovative class model with a rigorous schedule of courses that integrate 120 Clock Hours of ECE, portfolio support, and test prep to support early care and learning practitioners build foundation and connect theory in practice strategies while working with young children. Each program provides the opportunities for adult learners to gain early childhood development knowledge through exploration, personal discovery, and self-reflection. Every TIPS Certified instructor emphasizes  strategies and processes involved in understanding early care and learning. Through the course content we create a unique experience to prepare our students to live intelligent, thoughtful, and fulfilling lives in a rapidly changing society with preparation of the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credentialing.

This Early Childhood Development model is designed for High School Juniors and Seniors interested in working with children 0-5 years old. The course is an Enriched Virtual Online Course integrated with theory, child development best practices and practical strategies. Course work is provided using today's classroom technology, intentional teaching practices, and flipped learning techniques to aid high school students through successful use of online learning tools. Students leave with 6 College Credit Hours upon graduation.

TIPS Cultivating Excellence Institutes are circuit based mobile labs provided in an Intensive 3 -5 day setting. These Early Childhood Development continuing education institutes are scheduled throughout the 8 contents to support IB Board Staff, early care and learning staff practitioners and individuals seeking to earn a Child Development Associate Credential. The Professional Development opportunities for staff and agencies include Theory In Practice Strategies, aid in fostering early learning standards and outcomes while creating a culture of integrity. These dynamic institute provide presentations and practice opportunities that engross professionals in implementation of practices. Each institute reviews the history and integrity of our professional responsibilities while cultivating an industry of accountability and integrity.
